Head Teacher

Greetings from the head teacher

Pacific Nursery and Primary School, Lagos was established in September, 2007 by Mr. Omosowon Idowu Remigius, who is the proprietor of Pacific Schools, Lagos.

The establishment of the Nursery and Primary Section became necessary for three reasons:

    • First: It was as a result of the demand of some of our secondary school parents who had enjoyed the services of the college and wanted the same replicated in primary school for their children.

    • Secondly: The need to meet the requirement of the National Policy on Education which now requires that there should be a nine-year basic education from the primary to the junior secondary.

  • Thirdly: There was a need for backward integration to assist the growth of the college.

Over the years, the school has succeeded in raising whole children who can locally and internationally compete in any sphere of life. Our products have been doing well in reputable secondary schools within and outside the country to the glory of God.

Mission

To develop and groom our pupils so that they can learn using the 21st-century tools such that they can become creative, learn to communicate effectively, collaborate for team work and learn to think critically.

Vision

To be a school of first choice in our state and to be rated among the leading ten schools in Nigeria.

Creche

Creche facility is available within the school premises. It is a home away from home with experienced care givers. There are also facilities that help in the psychomotor development of the toddlers in the home.

Preschool

The preschool is from 2  years to 5 years. The classes cover Playgroup, Nursery and Kindergarten. The children in the preschool learn through role play and exercises.

Primary

The children progress into the primary from age 5. The curriculum is divided into components of academic work, co-curricular activities, and moral education which incorporate character development and leadership skills. The focus of our curriculum at this level is to ensure that the pupils develop skills and acquire a sense of moral values.

We set out to produce the total child. A child that is educationally sound and morally upright. We also prepare your child for secondary school education.
