1. Who we are

This website is operated by Pacific Schools Nigeria, a group of private educational institutions with campuses in Lagos and Akure, Nigeria.

2. Data we collect directly

We collect nothing directly. This website has no contact forms, registration pages, login areas, or comment sections. We do not set any first-party cookies or store anything in your browser.

All enquiries are handled through WhatsApp deep links or phone calls. Any information you share through those channels is governed by WhatsApp's or your telephone provider's own privacy policies — not ours.

3. Third-party services

We embed content from two external services. When your browser loads a page containing this embedded content, the third party may receive your IP address and may set cookies on your device according to their own policies.

YouTube (Gallery page)

We embed our YouTube channel playlist using youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode. Under this mode YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you click to play a video. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Maps (Contact page)

We embed Google Maps on our Contact page to show campus locations. When the page loads, Google may set cookies and collect your IP address and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Fonts

We use the Inter and Playfair Display typefaces. These fonts are downloaded once at build time and served directly from our own server — no requests are made to Google Fonts when you visit the site.

4. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Hostinger. Like all web servers, Hostinger's infrastructure automatically logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained and processed according to Hostinger's Privacy Policy. Pacific Schools does not access or use these logs for marketing or profiling.

5. Children's privacy

Our schools serve children and young people, but this website itself does not collect any data from any visitors, including minors. Parents and guardians who contact us through WhatsApp or telephone do so of their own accord.

6. Your rights under the NDPR

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) you have the right to know what personal data is held about you and to request its correction or deletion. Because this website collects no personal data directly, there is typically nothing to access or delete. If you have shared personal information with us through phone or WhatsApp and wish to have it removed, please contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add new features that involve data collection (for example, an enquiry form or analytics), we will update this policy before those features go live. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
